First it was possible cooperation on new highways, now its dividing the old pie. The governments of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia announced that they had reached an agreement in principle on how to divvy up the old Yugoslav federations national assets. The agreement addresses currency reserves, gold reserves, and other financial instruments. The devil of this divvy, however, will be in the details, not a general agreement. Stay tuned.
